To make sure that your cake gets our full attention, we only take on a small number of cakes every week - which means we can get booked up pretty quickly. So firstly, get in touch with us to check availability for your date here
Once we have confirmed availability, we can arrange a consultation. We hold these meetings via Zoom and they take about 25-30 minutes. This gives us an opportunity to talk through all your cake ideas, hear more about your celebration and gather all the details to create a bespoke design for you both.
Once you have confirmed that you are happy to go ahead, you will need to secure your wedding date with us by paying a non-refundable deposit with the final balance being paid 1 month prior to your wedding date. An invoice will be sent with all the order details and payments are made via bank transfer.
We will be with you all the way through the run up to your wedding day to answer any questions or offer any tips or advice. We will liaise with your wedding planner or venue to make arrangements for delivery and set up and will leave them with a 'cake cutting guide' and a 'cake care guide'.
