Each Traditional Yule Log is create by hand, using delicious ingredients like the finest 54% Belgian chocolate. Filled with silky smooth traditional chocolate buttercream, creating a wonderful swirl when cut into slices.
The light, chocolate Swiss roll sponge, is finished with a tree bark like pattern to give the Yule Log a pretty texture and finished with a sprinkling of icing sugar to set the snowy scene. Then topped with a perfect miniature herb wreath and 5 frosted fresh cranberries to complete the snowy scene. Finally, to bring a touch of light to the darkest time of the year, 3 tall gold candles to light and enchant everyone.
