To be completely honest, I have struggled with flavour inspiration this week. I think it’s because the new season of fruits is just around the corner and so there is nothing jumping out at me right now. So looking around my kitchen yesterday, I saw that I had some apples that needed using up - well that leads to cinnamon (naturally) and then onwards to muffins! Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Cookies
These are one of my favourite biscuits, well peanut butter and chocolate chips - what more can you want! I realise I share quite a few biscuit recipes and that’s mainly because they are quick and easy to create and make brilliant snacks for the week (If they last that long!). Recently on a trip to London, I visited the holy grail of Italian delicatessens - Lina Stores. If you haven’t been and you love Italian cooking, then add it to your list, you won’t regret it!
